Zhao, Aiqin’s mother and father are blind. They both work as massagers, but make very little money. Zhao, Aiqin lives with her grandparents who find it difficult to provide for her. She is a very good student and needs to remain in school. An education will free her from a cycle of poverty.
Zhao, Aiqin had been sponsored, but for only 7 months. Recently her sponsor contacted us to say that they were unable to continue the sponsorship due to personal financial reasons.
