Monday, March 20th another shipment of food left Gleanings for the Hungry ministry center bound for Linjiang! This time they have blessed us with a full container, 21,000 pounds gross weight of dried peaches and nectarines and 20,800 pounds of raisins. They have covered the cost of processing, packaging, loading, shipping, and PRAYING!
They are truly the most wonderful friends, and we are beyond grateful. Our children along with other needy families, including hospital and rest home patients, will receive this precious and nutritious food.
Below are a couple of photos of our food being processed last summer in Dinuba’s plus 100 degree heat. It will soon be delivered where there is no fruit, in the freezing cold.
